The hydrogel technology ensures that you get a liquid sports drink during mixing, with a high concentration of fructose and maltodextrin. The hydrogel stimulates smooth transport through the stomach and to the intestine, where the carbohydrates, salt and water are absorbed. The pouches are supplied as a pack of 18.
